# MyAFZ Training vs H

The clearest difference is update cadence: H at every 4 days against MyAFZ Training's every 2 months. MyAFZ Training's advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyAFZ Training ships an update every 2 months, H every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
