# BabyClue vs HexWave

The clearest difference is ads: HexWave at none against BabyClue's shown. BabyClue's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BabyClue sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and HexWave sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BabyClue ships an update weekly, HexWave fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
