# 白小伊 vs MediFold

The clearest difference is update cadence: MediFold at every 3 weeks against 白小伊's every 2 months. 白小伊's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

白小伊 ships an update every 2 months, MediFold every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
