# SolidNote vs Punch List

The clearest difference is update cadence: Punch List at every 5 days against SolidNote's every 3 months. Punch List also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SolidNote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Punch List sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SolidNote ships an update every 3 months, Punch List every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
