# ScriptCam vs DuoLens

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScriptCam at every 3 days against DuoLens's every 2 months. ScriptCam also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScriptCam sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and DuoLens sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScriptCam ships an update every 3 days, DuoLens every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
