# Purpose vs CosmicWellness

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CosmicWellness at none against Purpose's 18. CosmicWellness also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). Purpose's advantage is ratings volume (447 vs 3) and chart position (#113 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Purpose sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. CosmicWellness asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Purpose against 5.0 for CosmicWellness. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Purpose has 447 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 75% of Purpose's written reviews are positive against 100% of CosmicWellness's.

Purpose ships an update weekly, CosmicWellness every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
