# The ADHD Executive vs Ping

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ping at every 5 days against The ADHD Executive's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The ADHD Executive sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Ping sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The ADHD Executive ships an update every 2 weeks, Ping every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
