# mod.Timer vs Rereminder

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rereminder at every 3 days against mod.Timer's every 3 weeks. mod.Timer's advantage is iOS requirement (18.5 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. mod.Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rereminder sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

mod.Timer ships an update every 3 weeks, Rereminder every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
