# AOA vs ASTB APP

The clearest difference is monetization model: ASTB APP at free with in-app purchases against AOA's subscription. AOA's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AOA sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and ASTB APP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for AOA against 5.0 for ASTB APP. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively.
