# DokuAI vs FieldProof

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: FieldProof at 17.0 against DokuAI's 26.0. On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DokuAI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and FieldProof sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
