# CamScript vs On

The clearest difference is update cadence: On at every 5 days against CamScript's every 4 months. On also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CamScript sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and On sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CamScript ships an update every 4 months, On every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 1, 2026.
