# Memoit vs MindNote

The clearest difference is monetization model: MindNote at free against Memoit's freemium. MindNote also leads on iOS requirement (15 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Memoit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and MindNote sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Memoit against 5.0 for MindNote. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 4 respectively.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
