# Guest Frame vs Flashback

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flashback at every 6 days against Guest Frame's every 3 months. Guest Frame's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Guest Frame sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Flashback sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Guest Frame ships an update every 3 months, Flashback every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on September 11, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
