# Jouzt vs Piko Chat

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Piko Chat at 2.9K against Jouzt's 6. Piko Chat also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and chart position (#179 vs unranked). Jouzt's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jouzt sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month and Piko Chat sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Jouzt holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Piko Chat has 2.9K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Jouzt's written reviews are positive against 88% of Piko Chat's.

Jouzt ships an update every 3 weeks, Piko Chat every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
