# Drifta vs Pending

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pending at every 5 weeks against Drifta's every 7 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drifta sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Pending sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Drifta ships an update every 7 months, Pending every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
