# Talklet vs Pinu

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Talklet at 97% against Pinu's 52%. Talklet also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (7.3K vs 56). Pinu's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Talklet sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Pinu sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Talklet holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Talklet has 7.3K ratings behind it against 56, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 97% of Talklet's written reviews are positive against 52% of Pinu's.

Talklet ships an update every 9 days, Pinu every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
