# Spotta vs TikNote

The clearest difference is rating: TikNote at 4.4 against Spotta's 1.0. TikNote also leads on ratings volume (16 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). Spotta's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Spotta sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and TikNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TikNote holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TikNote has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Spotta ships an update every 8 days, TikNote monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
