# Whenlyy vs InstantLog

The clearest difference is ads: Whenlyy at none against InstantLog's shown. InstantLog's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Whenlyy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and InstantLog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Whenlyy ships an update every 4 months, InstantLog every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
