# Dark18 vs Petiht

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Petiht at 100% against Dark18's 40%. Petiht also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.8) and ads (none vs shown). Dark18's advantage is ratings volume (165 vs 4) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dark18 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Petiht sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Petiht holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dark18 has 165 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 40% of Dark18's written reviews are positive against 100% of Petiht's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
