# MedCal vs Internify+

The clearest difference is ads: MedCal at none against Internify+'s shown. Internify+'s advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MedCal sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Internify+ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
