# AffirmHer vs Allow

The clearest difference is ads: AffirmHer at none against Allow's shown. Allow's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AffirmHer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Allow sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AffirmHer ships an update monthly, Allow every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
