Local pollen forecasts. A clearer plan for your day outdoors. Pollen Coach brings today’s pollen levels, a five-day outlook and a regional pollen map into one calm, easy-to-read app. Check what is reported near you, keep your selected allergy triggers in view, and plan outdoor time with useful context. See today’s pollen Get a concise local summary and available tree, grass and weed readings. Missing data is clearly marked so unknown readings are not treated as low pollen. Look ahead with a five-day forecast Compare up to five available days and tap a date to see reported allergen types. Complete category readings show their levels; partial data is presented without invented values. Explore your regional pollen map View one overall heatmap around your forecast location. It combines the available tree, grass and weed pollen indices using the highest reported index at each point. The map shows the latest regional layer, separate from the selected forecast date. Keep your triggers in view Save your tree, grass and weed sensitivities. Subtle indicators help you notice matching reported categories without crowding the forecast. These are environmental readings, not predictions of your symptoms. Make outdoor plans with simple guidance Find short, illustrated steps for before you go, while outside and back at home. Browse plant illustrations and clear explanations of common pollen sources. Illustrations are reference examples, not plants detected at your location. Clear sources and simple settings Open links to the pollen data provider and public allergen resources. Use your location with permission or choose a city when location is unavailable. No account is required. English and Simplified Chinese are available in Settings. Preferences are saved on your device. Location and selected trigger information may be sent to service providers to deliver forecasts and guidance; see our privacy policy. Availability varies by location, date and provider coverage. Pollen Coach provides environmental information and general exposure-planning guidance. It does not diagnose conditions, predict individual reactions or provide treatment advice. Follow your clinician’s advice for personal allergy care.
