# GRAB vs CONNECT

The clearest difference is ads: CONNECT at none against GRAB's shown. GRAB's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GRAB ships an update every 2 days, CONNECT every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
