# Lidget vs Reminder

The clearest difference is update cadence: Lidget at every 2 weeks against Reminder's every 3 months. Reminder's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lidget sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Reminder sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Lidget ships an update every 2 weeks, Reminder every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
