# Visual Schedule Pro for ABA vs DaySteps

The clearest difference is monetization model: DaySteps at free with in-app purchases against Visual Schedule Pro for ABA's subscription. DaySteps also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Visual Schedule Pro for ABA sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and DaySteps sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Visual Schedule Pro for ABA against 5.0 for DaySteps. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DaySteps has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Visual Schedule Pro for ABA ships an update fortnightly, DaySteps every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
