# Use Via vs WriteVoice

The clearest difference is rating: Use Via at 5.0 against WriteVoice's 4.4. Use Via also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 82%) and update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). WriteVoice's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Use Via sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $15.99 per month and WriteVoice sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Use Via holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WriteVoice has 23 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Use Via's written reviews are positive against 82% of WriteVoice's.

Use Via ships an update every 6 days, WriteVoice every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
