# Translate App vs RelayTimer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Translate App at every 8 days against RelayTimer's every 6 weeks. Translate App also leads on iOS requirement (16 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Translate App sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and RelayTimer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Translate App ships an update every 8 days, RelayTimer every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
