# PCOS Polly vs Holdfast

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: PCOS Polly at 15.1 against Holdfast's 18.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PCOS Polly sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Holdfast sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
