# Journey vs PhoneLockAI

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: PhoneLockAI at none against Journey's 8. PhoneLockAI also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 74%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). Journey's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (2.5K vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Journey sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. PhoneLockAI asks for nothing beyond the download.

PhoneLockAI holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8.
