# ScrollBuddy vs Snitch

ScrollBuddy and Snitch both sit at 3.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of Snitch's written reviews are positive against 0% of ScrollBuddy's. Snitch also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (53 vs 9). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScrollBuddy sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Snitch sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Snitch holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Snitch has 53 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 0% of ScrollBuddy's written reviews are positive against 67% of Snitch's.

ScrollBuddy ships an update every 9 days, Snitch every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
