# Countdown 321 vs Rich Life

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Countdown 321 at 96% against Rich Life's 68%. Countdown 321 also leads on ratings volume (9 vs 2). Rich Life's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Countdown 321 sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per year and Rich Life sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rich Life holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 96% of Countdown 321's written reviews are positive against 68% of Rich Life's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Countdown 321 ships an update every 2 months, Rich Life weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
