# BeatPoket vs StemScriber

The clearest difference is update cadence: StemScriber at every 8 days against BeatPoket's every 3 weeks. StemScriber also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BeatPoket sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and StemScriber sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
