# Note Tako vs Gravity

The clearest difference is price: Note Tako at Free against Gravity's $9.99. Note Tako also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 11 days). Gravity's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 1.0) and chart position (#108 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Note Tako is free to download; Gravity costs $9.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gravity holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gravity has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Note Tako ships an update every 5 days, Gravity every 11 days. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
