# ius. vs Podnotes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Podnotes at every 5 days against ius.'s fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ius. sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Podnotes sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ius. ships an update fortnightly, Podnotes every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 1, 2026.
