Privacy Policy: https://carejan.com/privacy Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ PRIVACY FIRST CareJan collects only what it needs: your name, email, profile details, messages and reviews, and your location while you search, used only to sort caregivers by distance and never collected in the background. There is no third-party ad tracking, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Your data stays between you and the caregivers you choose to contact. COMPLIANCE CareJan operates as a Domestic Referral Agency under California Civil Code Section 1812.5095. We connect families with caregivers — we are not an employer, staffing agency, or home care organization. The family hires the caregiver directly; caregivers set their own rates and schedules.
