# EV13 vs Endless Summer

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: EV13 at none against Endless Summer's 3. Endless Summer's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Endless Summer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. EV13 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Endless Summer holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 16 and 25 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of EV13's written reviews are positive against 80% of Endless Summer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EV13 ships an update every 5 days, Endless Summer every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
