# AI Notes vs ArticleQ

The clearest difference is monetization model: ArticleQ at free against AI Notes's free with in-app purchases. ArticleQ also leads on device support (3 vs 1). AI Notes's advantage is ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AI Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and ArticleQ sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ArticleQ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Notes has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
