# Decibels vs RaceBuddy Overlay

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Decibels at 18.0 against RaceBuddy Overlay's 26.2. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Decibels sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RaceBuddy Overlay sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
