# totus vs Subscription Manager

The clearest difference is review sentiment: totus at 86% against Subscription Manager's 25%. totus also leads on rating (2.6 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). Subscription Manager's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. totus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.00 per month and Subscription Manager sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

totus holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: totus has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of totus's written reviews are positive against 25% of Subscription Manager's.

totus ships an update monthly, Subscription Manager every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
