# Evergreen Consistency vs Goals. Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Goals. Tracker at every 8 days against Evergreen Consistency's every 3 months. Evergreen Consistency's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Evergreen Consistency against 5.0 for Goals. Tracker. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Evergreen Consistency ships an update every 3 months, Goals. Tracker every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
