The clearest difference is in-app purchases: GooTech Cam at none against Sota Connect's 2. Sota Connect's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (3.1K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sota Connect sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. GooTech Cam asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for GooTech Cam against 4.9 for Sota Connect. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sota Connect has 3.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
