# Bolt vs Voi

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Bolt at 181K against Voi's 9.8K. Bolt also leads on chart position (#52 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Bolt against 4.9 for Voi. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bolt has 181K ratings behind it against 9.8K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 27% of Bolt's written reviews are positive against 34% of Voi's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
