# HandRecorder vs Live Solver

The clearest difference is update cadence: Live Solver at weekly against HandRecorder's every 2 months. Live Solver also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HandRecorder sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Live Solver sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
