# OviPets vs 8BitMorphs

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 8BitMorphs at 100% against OviPets's 57%. 8BitMorphs also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (daily vs every 3 days). OviPets's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (242 vs 7). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OviPets sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and 8BitMorphs sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

8BitMorphs holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OviPets has 242 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.
