# PokeRestock vs DropSync

The clearest difference is review sentiment: DropSync at 100% against PokeRestock's 35%. DropSync also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). PokeRestock's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (79 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and chart position there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PokeRestock sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and DropSync sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DropSync holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PokeRestock has 79 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 35% of PokeRestock's written reviews are positive against 100% of DropSync's.

PokeRestock ships an update weekly, DropSync every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
