# Séance vs ADAPZ

The clearest difference is update cadence: ADAPZ at every 3 days against Séance's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Séance sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $15.00 per month and ADAPZ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Séance ships an update weekly, ADAPZ every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
