# MasterTracker vs SinceWhen

The clearest difference is rating: MasterTracker at 5.0 against SinceWhen's 4.3. SinceWhen's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (13 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MasterTracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SinceWhen sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MasterTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SinceWhen has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MasterTracker ships an update every 2 months, SinceWhen every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
