# LockNote vs Peek Message

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: LockNote at 17.0 against Peek Message's 26.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LockNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Peek Message sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
