You can reverse your biological age. Not with supplements or biohacks — with the right training and the right food. Sarvita turns Apple Health into a biological age, rates every meal you eat, and gives you an AI coach with one goal: making that number go down. Your biological age isn't fixed. It's the sum of your VO2 Max, heart rate variability and body composition — all metrics you can improve. Sarvita calculates yours, then tells you every day whether you are aging faster or slower than the calendar. AGE PACE — ONE NUMBER FOR TODAY Biological age is the odometer. Age Pace is the speedometer: how fast today is aging you, from your sleep regularity, your training, your steps and what you ate. 1.00 is neutral; below it, you are banking time. Every factor is grounded in published research, and the app shows you the math. MEALS RATED, NOT JUST COUNTED Snap a photo or describe what you ate. Sarvita logs the calories and macros — then rates the plate: • Every meal gets a badge — Good, Mixed, Watch out or Neutral — with the reasons behind it • Every food shows how processed it is, from whole food to ultra-processed • Your day gets a diet-quality score out of ten against a typical adult, built on the AHEI-2010 index from Harvard • Fibre, total sugar and saturated fat are written to Apple Health with your macros • Nudges respect your diet: vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher, low-FODMAP, gluten-free, nut allergies Disagree with a rating? Correct it with a tap. AN AI COACH WHO READ YOUR PLATE Sar's daily check-ins and weekly nutrition reports speak from the same ratings you saw on screen — the salad at lunch gets its credit, the sugary snack gets called what it is. Every week, your coach delivers a personalized training plan: specific sessions based on your current fitness and where you need to improve. TRACK YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE See exactly how old your body is — and watch it get younger: • VO2 Max Age — the strongest predictor of longevity • HRV Age — your nervous system's resilience • Body Composition Age — muscle vs fat distribution Monthly snapshots show your progress. The goal is simple: be biologically younger next month than you are today. THE FIVE PILLARS THAT REVERSE AGING Zone 2 Cardio — Builds the mitochondrial density that slows cellular aging. Auto-detected using your personalized heart rate zones. VO2 Max Training — The single best thing you can do for longevity. Track your VO2 Max trend and see it climb. Strength Training — Muscle is your longevity reserve. Lose it and you age faster; build it and you reverse the clock. Stability Work — Prevents the injuries that derail progress. Yoga, pilates, flexibility, core — it all counts. Nutrition — Not calories alone: the quality of what you eat, rated meal by meal, day by day. SEE YOUR TRANSFORMATION • VO2 Max trending upward over months • Diet quality as a trend, not just today's number • Weight moving toward your goal • Training consistency visualized Every chart answers one question: am I getting younger? BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SERIOUS No social features. No trophies. No streaks. Just an AI coach, the metrics that matter, and a clear path to a younger biological age. In 23 languages. Grams

Grams is a protein tracker with one job: let you log what you ate in about two seconds, then get out of the way. No account. No sign-up. No network. Everything you log stays on your phone. LOGGING IS A TAP Pick a few foods you actually eat and they become one-tap buttons on the Log tab. Each food knows what one serving is and what unit it goes in, so you log "3 eggs" or "150 g of chicken" instead of working out a multiplier in your head. NOT ORGANIZED AROUND MEALS Most trackers make you file everything under breakfast, lunch or dinner. Grams doesn't. You ate a thing, it had protein in it, and that's the whole model. LOG WITHOUT OPENING THE APP A home screen widget shows today's total with one-tap buttons for your regular foods. A Control Center control logs from the lock screen. Both write straight through, so the common case never opens the app at all. SAVE A MEAL, LOG IT IN ONE TAP Most people eat roughly the same breakfast. Log it once, save it as a meal, and every morning after that is a single tap. Meals are built from what you actually ate, so there is no recipe builder to fill in. SEE WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING Today against your goal, the last seven days at a glance, and a Stats tab with rolling averages, weekday patterns, and how often you hit your target. SKIP DAYS Some days shouldn't be judged. Mark one skipped and it leaves every average and every success rate completely. Not counted as a zero. Not counted at all. APPLE HEALTH, BOTH WAYS Save what you log to Apple Health, and import protein you recorded in other apps, so moving to Grams doesn't cost you your history. Both are optional and stay off until you turn them on. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export everything to a plain JSON file whenever you like and restore it on any device. No subscription, no paywall, no ads, and no analytics.

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Grams at none against Sarvita's 2. Grams also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). Sarvita's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
