Have you ever opened an app to record something, only to give up because you got stuck on the title and category first? Sometimes, the format wears you out before you even get to write down the thought that really mattered. Don’t force yourself to organize. Your thoughts are enough, just as they are. monolog is an app where you can record things as casually as sending a message to yourself, while AI organizes the tags and timing for you. All you have to do is leave things there, just as they come to mind. ■ monolog keeps recording from feeling like homework 1. Frictionless Recording - Leave things as casually as chatting with a friend. There’s no need to come up with a title or choose a folder. Capture them in whatever form they come to you — text, photos, links, even voice. 2. AI handles the organizing. You find it again in 1 second. - AI understands the context of the records you leave behind almost without thinking, and adds tags automatically. Later, when you need something, just find it right away with tags and keywords. 3. Records that speak to you again - These are not notes you write once and forget. The unfinished thoughts you left two days ago, a week ago, casually speak up and ask, “Haven’t done it yet?” Experience the moment when the past version of you — the one who knows you best — wakes up the present you. 4. A fast and safe space of your own - Local-first sync: It saves the moment you tap. Keep recording without interruption, even in airplane mode or on the subway. Once you’re back online, everything syncs safely on its own. - Strong privacy: Data used for AI features is never used to train models. ■ monolog is for someone like me • someone who felt stuck from the very first line of a memo app • someone who has managed life through “messages to myself” • someone with plenty of records, but no easy way to find them again • someone who values a single thought more than complex features ■ Reach for monolog at moments like these • Hard-to-remember details — “What was our home Wi-Fi password again?” • Kindness worth remembering — a friend’s gift preferences, your parents’ clothing sizes • Turning anxiety into reassurance — when you took your medicine, the pillar number in the parking garage • Fleeting inspiration — an idea that flashes right before you fall asleep • For the master organizer — where you put that thing you tucked away somewhere deep ■ monolog is a slightly slow app monolog is not an instantly responsive AI chatbot, nor a busy assistant managing your schedule. There is only one value we insist on: “Memory.” “Toss in a thought you wanted to remember, and even years later, find it again in 1 second.” • Freedom from the burden of recording: You only need to focus on writing. monolog quietly takes care of the rest in the background. • A place to find, not a place to ask: Instead of asking a chatbot, it helps you face your own past thoughts again in 1 second. Rather than speaking ahead of you, it is a tool that helps you bring your memories back most clearly. • Coexistence that doesn’t rush you: It does not push you with alarms going off all the time. But if an unfinished record is beginning to fade, it quietly calls back the past version of you at just the right moment. You may not feel a big change right away. But as your records build up, and the moment comes when you need your memory, monolog becomes the most reliable extension of it. Now, stop putting effort into recording. Start the experience of letting your fragmented thoughts return as meaningful stories, with monolog. Terms of Service : https://monolog.ing/terms Privacy Policy : https://monolog.ing/privacy

About

Jotter

Features

Jotter is the notes app that feels like your desk: sticky notes, checklists, handwriting and voice notes in one place. Tick off groceries from the Home Screen widget, or ask Siri to "add milk to Groceries in Jotter." No ads, no subscription, no account. Your notes stay on your devices and in your own iCloud. WHY JOTTER • Fast: one tap on New note, the widget or Control Center, and you are typing • Free: no subscription, no ads, nothing locked • Private: no account and no Jotter server. Notes sync through your own iCloud • Yours: export any note as a PDF or text, or every note as Markdown files CHECKLISTS THAT TICK Type [] and a space to start a checklist. Tick items off with a tap — groceries, packing lists, the ten things to do before Friday. Tap New, pick List, name it, and start adding items. HANDWRITING WITH APPLE PENCIL Write or draw on iPad with Apple Pencil, or with your finger on iPhone, on blank, lined, grid or dotted paper. The page grows as you go. Your handwriting is read on the device, so it turns up in search, and it converts to typed text with a tap. PHOTOS, SCANS AND VOICE NOTES Take photos, scan documents, record voice notes and add files right inside a note. The text in your photos and scans is searchable, and voice notes are transcribed on your device. SEARCH THAT FORGIVES Type a word or two, in any order, without worrying about capitals or accents. Jotter searches titles, text, tags, handwriting and the words inside your pictures, and shows you the sentence it found. ORGANISE LATER, OR NEVER Pin what matters. Write a #tag and it becomes a filter. Make a folder when a set of notes wants a name. Or don't: everything is always in All Notes. CAPTURE FROM ANYWHERE • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, including a list you can tick without opening Jotter • A New note button in Control Center • Siri: "Jot down in Jotter" • The Share button in any app: save a link, photo or text into a new note or one you already have SEVEN THEMES, EACH ITS OWN WORLD Classic sticky notes, Lamplight's desk lamp, Herbarium's field book, Blueprint's drafting grid, Airmail's stamps, Washi tape, and Velvet's plum and gold. Each theme changes the colours, the type, the highlighter, the checkboxes and what happens when you finish a list, and can change your app icon to match. FORGIVING, AND PRIVATE Deleted notes wait in Recently Deleted for 30 days. Lock a private note behind Face ID. Set a reminder on any note. No analytics, no ads, no tracking — Jotter has no server at all. MADE FOR IPHONE AND IPAD A calm paper-and-ink design with a little comic-book fun around the edges. Light and dark mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and keyboard shortcuts on iPad, where your folders, your notes and the open note sit side by side. Jotter is free. If it earns a place on your Home Screen, you can buy the maker a coffee in Settings. It unlocks nothing, and it is entirely optional.
